Three Month Anniversary!

As of today we have been here in Costa Rica for exactly 3 months! It is hard to believe. Sorry we haven't blogged for awhile but to tell you the truth there isn't much going on and in reality that is a good thing! We are keeping busy however. We study alot, we are attending a systematic theology class together, Vickie is going to a women's bible study on Thursdays and a women's prayer group on Tuesdays, Norman is starting to go to a men's group on Fridays and plays basketball sometimes on Tuesday or Thursday nights at the school, we visit in spanish with our host after meals, then more studying.
We only have 3 weeks of classes left in this trimester. That is also hard to believe! We are almost half way done. It will be nice to have a break (1 month) but will also be a little sad as in our classes will most likely change next trimester. We have both enjoyed getting to know our classmates and teachers. We will have new teachers next trimester but some of the classmates may stay the same depending on class sizes, who returns, etc. Below is a picture of Vickie with a couple of her classmates. We haven't gotten any pictures of Norman's class yet.


This transition time of learning the language can be challenging at times and we want to thank each of you for your prayers and encouraging words. We couldn't do it without you!
